What I collect

When you send a booking request or message, I collect the details you give me: your name, contact details, your animal’s details and your vet practice. This is used only to respond to you, arrange appointments, request vet consent and keep clinical records.

How it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely on this website and sent to my business email. Clinical records are kept for as long as required by my professional bodies and insurers.

Sharing

I share relevant clinical information with your vet as part of the referral process. I never sell or share your information for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing annabel@awvetphysio.com.
